Acetic acid, Citric acid, Propionic Acid, Formic acid , Orthophosphoric acid and Selected Antimicrobial Compound .
As bacteria begin to grow and multiply unchecked in your water system . They cling to water system and pipe – lines forming a slimy layer called bio film. As well as harboring pathogenic bacteria, this biofilm begins to adhere with scales and other deposits. This hinders water consumption.
Organic acids and their salts lower feed and gastric pH increasing the activity of proteolytic enzymes and thus, improving protein digest ion . Besides, they reduce the buffering capacity of the feed, resulting in reduced intestinal colonization with pathogens. Acidic environment along with less pathogenic infested gut enhance efficacy of probiotics through selective colonization .
